Ecology of the meiofauna (biodiversity, diet, trophic niches, role and interactions in the benthic marine systems). Utilization of morphological and environmental genomic approaches to determine the taxonomic and functional diversity of microscopic eukaryotes and juveniles stages of macrofauna from marine sediments.
