LECOB trains doctors in marine ecology in an interdisciplinary frameworkcombining marine biology with physical oceanography and marine biogeochemistry,environmental geochemistry and physico-chemistry. All LECOB doctoral studentshave a doctoral contract for a period of 3 years, following a selective recruitment.The doctorate is a full professional experience during which you will carryout a doctoral project.LECOB has five staff authorized to conduct research (HDR) and entitled to supervise PhD students.LECOB is attached to the Doctoral Schoolof Environmental Sciences of Ile de France (ED129).The doctoral contracts offered by LECOB come from the annual ED129 competition(March-June) or open along the water on the LECOB site when theyare funded on projects.
