LECOB teacher-researchers are strongly involved in the teaching of License and Master of Sorbonne University, given on the Campus of Jussieu and at the Banyuls Oceanological Observatory.They coordinate several Teaching Units of the MASTER of Marine Sciences of ​​Sorbonne University. Some of these teaching units are offered in English as part of the IMBRsea MASTER "International Master of Science in Marine Biological Resources" which associates 6 European universities. LECOB teacher-researchers also participate inSupervised Research Workshops set up by Sorbonne University in 2014 in 1st yearof License.

These teaching and training allow students to acquire multidisciplinary knowledge on benthic ecosystems and to confront new concepts and tools allowing to understand current questions on the vulnerability of ecosystems, associated functions and services and protection strategies and conservation in place.

More broadly, this investment aims to promote interdisciplinarity and create a pool of young researchers in the field of marine ecogeochemistry.
